We’ve brought on a new team member and we’ve been hard at work showing her the ropes. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, it’s important that we have a highly-trained support system internally to make it happen. Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Without them, we couldn’t provide the quality metal buildings that you see today.
This month, we’re excited to introduce you to our newest team member, Andrea Krecklow. She has already begun to make significant contributions to the growth of our company and we can’t wait to see what the future holds!

When Did You Start Working with Pacific Building Systems?
Andrea began working with us not too long ago. She stepped into the office on April 22, 2024 and has since been settling into her new position, while getting to know the rest of the team.
What Have You Learned From Being With Pacific Building Systems?
Although Andrea hasn’t been with us for long, she is already immersing herself in learning everything she can about Pacific Building Systems and her role with the company. She’s eager to learn and is proactive about asking questions and making sure she understands the finer details of her job.
What is Your Role Within Pacific Building Systems?
We asked Andrea what her official title is here, to which she replied, “I’m the Outside Components Relationship Manager.”
It’s an important job here. Andrea is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing customers. She’s also deeply invested in what the other departments within PBS are doing. Working alongside our Sales Representatives, Building Representatives, Detailers, and Engineers, she can ensure we meet our customers’ needs effectively. Andrea is passionate about building relationships and is dedicated to bridging any gaps to provide seamless service and support to our valued customers.
How Would You Describe Your Job at Pacific Building Systems?
When Andrea arrives at work, she begins by checking her email and addressing any questions, comments or concerns that come her way. She’s an excellent problem-solver and can quickly resolve challenges that arise. After that, she works on furthering relationships with customers and checking in on projects as they relate to our other teams.
How Do You Spend Your Time Outside of Work?
When Andrea isn’t busy adjusting to her new role at PBS, we asked her how she relaxes after a long day and what she enjoys doing for fun. She said, “I’m blessed to live on my family’s third generation farm. Dairy farming, cattle farming, an event venue, and an abundant garden are there to name a few highlights of the farm. I enjoy gardening, hiking, kayaking, spending
time with my amazing family, working on projects on the farm such as a total DIY
house remodel and extensive landscaping, and traveling as often as possible. I have an immense love for God, Family, and Country. Living life with intention, honesty, and being as present as possible for my family and friends.”
She is especially excited to work on projects in Alaska as she remarked, “Alaska is a favorite of mine to explore where nature and nurture collide.”
Her commitment to these values shines through in both her personal and professional life, making her a valued member of the Pacific Building Systems team.

Her role as Outside Components Relationship Manager will help us continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. Her dedication, passion, and values are a perfect fit for our team, and we look forward to seeing her grow and succeed in her new role.
